Are you keen on writing English texts that catches the attention of the reader? Are you able to translate texts from Danish to English and make sure they are adjusted to the target audience? Then we have an exciting opportunity in Cykelgears marketing department.

Cykelgear is on an exciting growth journey. From being Denmark's leading e-commerce in cycling gear, we have been established in many European countries for a few years under the brand Bikable. Europe is a very important market for us. We want to help the European people get the best cycling products at low prices and inspire more people to get on the saddle and cycle. To succeed in this, we are looking for someone who can convincingly translate our many different texts from Danish to English.

Your tasks:

• Translate product descriptions from Danish to English.
• Translate SEO texts, guides, and articles.
• Translate other marketing texts for social media, emails, website, etc

The work schedule is 8–12 hours per week, preferably divided into two fixed working days. We are, of course, flexible to accommodate your studies. There is also the possibility to work from home from time to time.

To succeed in the job, we see that you:

• Write and read English at a native level. You can formulate yourself in writing at a high level with correct grammar.
• You can translate texts from Danish to English tailored for the English speaking audience. Previous experience is a plus.
• Work efficiently and are meticulous in delivering correct translations.
• It's a plus if you have experience using A.I. programs such as Chat GPT for translations.
• It's an advantage if you have knowledge and interest in the cycling industry, but not a requirement.
• Are a positive, solution-oriented person who enjoys teamwork.

You will be part of a driven, knowledgeable marketing team of nine people. We are a Nordic team that together produces marketing across all channels for all markets. In your daily work, you will closely collaborate with our Norwegian Country Lead.
